Still Red
This is obtained from the special selection of Croatina, Barbera and partly from
registered grapes.
The right proportions between the grapes, the appropriate maturing first in a steel tank, then in wooden barrels, enrich the bouquet and give harmony.
Brilliant ruby color, fruity bouquet with scents of mulberries, redcurrants.
Full rounded taste, best served with roasts and casseroles.
Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
