This is obtained from the firm’s best Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes.
Refermentation in thermo-controlled autoclave makes this wine naturally sparkling with fine effervescence.
Its color is ruby red, it has an intensely vinous bouquet and a pleasing taste of ripe fruit.
It goes well with cold meat hors d'oeuvres and meat and cheese dishes.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
