Produced from Chardonnay and Malvasia white grapes and Uva Rara and Croatina red, fermented separately just after the white, using the traditional "salasso" (drawing off) method. The colour is deep cyclamen red with bright tinges; the fragrance is delicate and clean.
The flavour is soft and fragrant, with notes of strawberry and raspberry.
Versatile with food, can be served with pasta, rice, fish and light meats. Serve at 10-12°C.
