Dry Sparkling

It is produced from grapes composed according to the typical tradition of the "Collina del Milanese" principally from Barbera and to a small extent from registered grapes.
Its color is deep ruby red, with a vinous bouquet, with a full-bodied taste and pleasantly stimulating through the effect of the liveliness.
It is suitable for all dishes, especially cold meat, roasts or casseroles, and cheeses.
It should be served at 18-20°C.
