Sweet sparkling


It is produced from grapes composed according to the tradition of the "Collina del Milanese", principally Croatina, and to a small extent from registered grapes.
The techniques of wine-making (filtration and temperature control) make it possible to obtain a deep ruby red wine, with a vinous bouquet, but above all a pleasingly sweet taste with the aromas of ripe fruit, enhanced by its vivacity.
It should be served at 18-20°C.
